General

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website. Midnight Gallery reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout, all processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

All Sales Final

All purchases of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is unique and sold as described. We encourage you to review all images and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific work, contact us at hello@midnightartgallery.com before placing your order.

Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging every piece. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@midnightartgallery.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Intellectual Property

All artwork images, photography, and written content on this site are the property of Midnight Gallery or the respective artists and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Midnight Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
