All Sales Final

All purchases of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we ask that you review all images, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific work, we’re happy to help — reach us at hello@midnightartgallery.com before you buy.

Where We Ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. We are not currently shipping to other international destinations.

Packaging

Every piece is packed with care. Original artwork is wrapped, protected, and boxed to arrive safely. We use materials and methods appropriate to the size and medium of the work.

Shipping Timeframes

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination and carrier. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For large or fragile works, we may require additional packaging time. If your order requires special handling, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the work. For oversized pieces, shipping will be quoted separately and we will contact you to confirm before processing.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@midnightartgallery.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage (both the artwork and the packaging)

We will work with you to find a resolution. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and do our best to resolve the situation.
