Join us for an evening with Emily Ridings, a Lexington-based basket weaver and designer, to weave your very own basket by hand using bamboo reeds and cane. Emily will share the techniques she learned from her grandmother, Judy Ridings, a premier weaver. We will also debut Emily's launch collection with Midnight Gallery. Drinks and light snacks provided.

Kristen is a mixed media painter, drawing inspiration from the scenic landscapes of Boulder, Colorado where she resides. Guided by introspection and propelled by a sense of joyful experimentation, Kristen's creative process spans a diverse array of mediums and materials. Through ongoing exploration, she intentionally infuses unpredictability into her work, allowing for surprises to unfold.

Morgan is known for her meticulous patterns, bold compositions, and thoughtful interplay of structure and fluidity. Her work reflects her deeply personal relationship with control, a theme rooted in her observations of life’s unpredictable nature and the broader realization of how little control we truly have.

Shelby is a mixed media artist focusing her work on time, specifically the time within motherhood. Collaborating & competing soft, washed colors with spunky, spicy marks, she showcases how the balance of the two creates an authentic abstraction of life balancing being a mother. Repetition & routine find themselves within the process & throughout the compositions.
